Highlights from coach:
- Brian Blanchard and Kevin Blake both gun down a runner at the plate
- A sweet 4-5-3 double play (Bryan-Ryan-Jay)
- Ryan McMillan went 6 for 6, 5 runs scored 2 singles, 2 dbls, 2 HR 6 rbi's.
- 7 of the 11 players batted at least .500 during the game
- Jeff Karmann 4 for 5 w/ 6 rbi
- Carl Brooks 4 for 5 w/ 3 rbi
The bats were alive. The quote still stands "Hit the ball, don't try to place it, hit it hard, just hit the ball"!
Next week we will get a team picture and we'll try "Bring your Major/Minor league hat for a photo opt.

I'm curious to know how many yards on the ground and how many via the passing game for each team.
that's what i said. sounds more like a football score. there was some heavy hitting going on...you know church league softball. harsh!
